We receive enquiries for concrete elements in new projects or defined work packages. Pricing begins with approved structural drawings and quantities, coordinated with the project’s supervising team.
Included elements
Footings, ground beams, columns, walls, slabs, stairs and special elements as designed. The quote defines formwork, reinforcement, concrete, placing equipment and supply responsibilities, and whether ancillary elements are priced separately.
Before concrete placement
Review drawing details, openings, embedded services, inspection points and responsibilities. Changing a structural element requires review by the designer or competent party; execution does not replace design or its approval.
Documentation and handover
Agree on required supply records, tests and inspection reports. Follow design specifications and the supervising team’s instructions for curing, formwork removal and loading stages; a single fixed duration does not suit every case.
Prepare these details for a quote
- Structural drawings and designer’s notes.
- Quantities, material specifications and supply scope.
- Pump and equipment access information and work programme.
Can a structural element be changed during construction?
Submit the change to the competent party for review and approval first, then assess its effect on scope, quantities, cost and timing before execution.
